I doubt it can be done for several reasons including availability of game and time constraints.

Nah. Even ignoring how many games that is, the sanity lost from trying to beat the Cat Marios, I Wanna Be the Guy, etc. isn't worth it.

This would only be feasible if you can beat more games than are released every day, which honestly speaking, is patently impossible.

There's a Youtuber called Zetaplays who decided to play every NES, SNES and Genesis game there is. He started 13 years ago, and he's still not done.

Even if you had unlimited time and didn't age and were guaranteed to be 100% healthy, glitches still exist.
Shit like PS3 version of Batman: Arkham Origins for example. Does beating the game in one continue/save count? If so good fucking luck since it's RNG if the game shits itself or not causing you to die regardless.

Then there's shit like the PS3 version of GOTY Oblivion.
Or New Vegas in general without a fuck ton of mods to fix it

Also does MMO shit count? Like getting best in slot gear because fuck that. That's also pure rng relying on good players

This. Peebs made a goal to play all 950 SNES games and it took him 5 years to get through 600 of them. In those 5 years, well over 20,000 new games have released.

So many Negative Nellys in here, unwilling to even try. Tsk, tsk.

Is it just to credits? Any difficulty? What about new releases, or ports and remasters?

Even if you were to beat 2 games a day, that's still a lifetime of games.
