Far from it, bank I work at is going for a hybrid schedule next year. Forcing working from the office had cost it a lot of talents.

I worked from the office until pandemic and haven't gone back in the office since March 2020

I'm still working from home, and I would honestly probably quit if they made us go back to the office. It's just so much better not having to deal with traffic and waking up early. I wake up at 8:45 now to log in at 9 and it's great, if I'm forced back to the office then I'd have to wake up at 7:30 again.

Aside from one person and some special instances in one or two departments, my work has never implemented work from home.

Yea my company is mostly WFH. They had plans to have massive multimillion dollar renovations to the offices but COVID hit and they pretty much had a built in excuse to not bother.

No. My sister still works from home. Her company still has all the office people WFH.

My husbands office made the exec level people go back so its him plus 4 other people on the whole floor. Since productivity went up by 20% since people started Wfh it doesnt look like they will make anyone go back.

after lockdown 2 decided to retire, the other 4 all went to work from home permanently

My new job is fully remote and my husband is starting a new job tomorrow that is also fully remote. By fully remote I mean there are no expectations to go to an office, ever. Even should the pandemic end. Its fairly common at tech companies.

My aunt's job of 40+ years still has her working from home.

A lot of call center jobs have moved to WFH. Although if you were going that route I'd try to shift to some back office thing internally asap lol

Hell no. Just interviewed for a WFH job this past Friday.

I thought my organization ended WFH about a month or so ago, but turns out, it was only workers for one specific union. A lot of the employees are still working from home.
