Its weird because unlike square Enix ruining final fantasy, Nintendo is actually capable of making good games, so they simply choose not to make a good paper mario, not that they can't. That makes it so much worse

Not miyamoto anymore. The person in charge of the series has said they are going to do new things with every title.

Probably not. The shift in game play supposedly came about since the Mario & Luigi games were too similar (turn based RPG), so they changed Paper Mario to ensure they wouldnt have two games with very similar mechanics.

Dream Team sold well and was a great game too IMO.

You mean Nintendo forced them to release them on dying hardware. Its a shame because the Bowsers Inside Story remake was the first time I got to play the game and it was really good

Sadly it sounds like they are ruining DQ as well.... There is no need to turn it mature, and action rpg.

11 was great. Hearing that 12 might just ditch the classic turn based combat is a massive head scratcher considering people buy DQ because it doesnt change. You want to do some experimental JRPG shit? Just do it with FF like you always have.

Yeah dont get it either. It seems companies these days think turn based rpgs shouldn't exist anymore. Even falcom is adding action rpg to the latest trails game, with the option to have both, but you know they are going to remove one of them as it is double the work to have both.
