Otherwise, it's pretty damn mediocre but it is a nice time capsule to see how other better Shonen series derived from it. If you're talking just Z, I would say that it gets good once Vegeta lands on earth. Gwynevere 12/11/21 2:52:05 PM #11:	It's a fun watch at least up until Cell, but if you watch it in it's original, unedited format, it's pretty clear how things were stretched out from episode to episode. A lot of staredowns and down time meant to build tension that would be unbearable if you were watching it week by week OG Dragon Ball felt like it had the best mix of pacing and power scaling, while DBZ seems to suffer from inconsistent periods of both --- A hunter is a hunter...even in a dream <cite>Gwynevere posted [p:960825088] in when does ...
