Only ever seen parodies of it on various shows TV series: They are captured by the military, cant prove that they are innocent and sentenced to death. They fake their deaths with the help of a CIA agent and they are forced to work for him for a Presidential pardon. This pretty much turns Season 5 into Mission Impossible instead of beating up local tugs. It ends with them being tired of how CIA works and they tell the agent to fuck off, so it is unclear if they ever got their pardon or not. Movie: They manage to prove their innocence and turn over the bad guy... but they had to escape from prison to do so, which is illegal, so they are sent back to prison.
