The only thing that made her somewhat remember her past was Lana's kindness by saying Lana Banana. This struck a cord in her mind that at one time she was a lounge singer as well. So basically it's her brain grasping for anything familiar. That's fucking dark. The song itself just happened to perfectly go along with her mocking her earlier by calling her Lana Banana.
