A scientist doing a strange experiment, discovers the Multiverse. 2 portals appear in their lab suddenly, and out come thousands of comic book characters

Somehow the act of opening the portals sucked out every superhero and supervillain from the universes of Marvel Comics and DC Comics

No normal people arrive. Just the heroes and villains. They all start fighting each other and making alliances that spill out of the lab into the world. Sadly...... in the end evil wins. Through some horrifying twist of fate, all the heroes eventually fall to 2 major villain alliances

Now all the villains are still alive and well. The Marvel villains are led by Thanos. The DC villains are led by Darkseid. Each faction overthrows the nations of earth. Now all residents of earth live under the rule of Thanos or Darkseid

The villains expect everyone to fight for them. Anyone who refuses to fight is killed. Some try to hide anyway and stay alive and hidden for varying time lengths before they are caught

You must choose your allegiance, what would you do?

Darkseid takes Thanos easily. But Thanos would be a better villain to live under.
