Yep.

My initial issues started around the time of what we all thought had been catches for years aren't catches. I find the TV product insufferable. The fact NFL dominates the sports calander practically year round too. I Basically watch no sports news or talk anymore because it is football all the time.

I know they want to make the game safer but defense seems so blah now. All the replays and hand wringing over everything make the game drag.

The game seems less fun on the field. I miss some of celebration and pomp and circumstance of the game itself. Now everything is about either gambling, fantasy, or some other ESPN concocted drama.

I think for me, its not intellectually stimulating. The futility of running games has made the sport one dimensional which takes the "chess match" out of it. Its now a game of checkers tbh.

I'd say it's far more likely that you've changed more in the past decade in a half than football has. So maybe you're just not that into it anymore.

I used to be a lot more into college football when was a teenager and in my early 20s. Now, not so much. It happens.
