I've tried every shampoo possible and nothing seems to work. Some work great for 2 weeks and then just stop. Some make my dandruff insanely worse.

washing your hair too much is likely to dry out your scalp. i try to keep it to every 2-3 days

just wash it with water between then

If you have Seborrhea you need to buy some Nizoral.

i used nizoral every 3 days for a couple months (wanna say around 3 months). pretty much stopped my dandruff for now.

i have the fungal dandruff tho

Hair is thick and gets really greasy, gross when I don't wash it. I actually get boths types of dandruff, the dry one and the fungus.

Makes my scalp dry and itchy as fuck.

I mostly grew out of it but... hair gel worked for me when I had it real bad.

1.Try not to wash your head everyday with shampoo. 2. Head and Shoulders shampoo might help
3. Make sure you aren't washing your head and body under scalding water. The cooler the better. Otherwise it will make it drier and it can make eczema worse.

Try apple cider vinegar. Sounds crazy but give it a go, just do a quick search on YouTube for instructions.

The fix to dandruff is omega 3 fatty acid supplement by balancing your omega fats. If you take around 3 grams of fish oil every day your dandruff should go away or at the very least your scalp should be cleaner.

Try using apple cider vinegar in you hair.
Dilute it with water and work it in after shampooing. Let it sit then rinse. But you may not like the smell.

Asked a doctor and they prescribed me some medical-grade shampoo that finally did the trick. Nothing had worked before that.
