7. He can't handle criticism.
He is overly sensitive and lacks the ability to self-reflect. He sees simple suggestions or feedback as an assault and gets very defensive when confronted with his shortcomings.

This feels like the out-clause and basically allows her to say whatever she wants since she can just throw any responses she gets back to this point and say she's right.
