Yeah. I do. Almost as if when people demanded higher wages they got dehumanized...

"Unskilled" is pretty far from being dehumanizing

The whole "essential worker" thing was just a bunch of fluff anyway. They didn't get compensated for working during the pandemic nor were they treated better.

Those are not mutually exclusive. You can have a job that is essential in the sense that it's important that someone keep doing it and it not be interrupted, and yet doesn't require any great skill to do and that person could be easily replaced.
Apparently not lol.

Or maybe their pay is finally catching up with the demands of the role.

It's a job that requires very basic knowledge and communication skills and not much else to do efficiently. The hours worked suck, I can get behind that, but it's not something that's worthy of their rapidly increasing wages.

It's like being a server in a restaurant. You're a laborer on the floor doing menial tasks, like gathering information, and then relaying it to the next level up. In this case, Doctors.

Is it worth paying a basic RN $45/Hour? These rapidly increasing wages also just put the burden back on people because as a growing job field with rapidly increasing wages, the costs of Healthcare also go up for employers and independent people as well

Yeah and all they got were some claps, but no real policy changes to give them a living wage or offer better working conditions. Politicians from both parties love doing that symbolic gesture shit without providing any material improvements to the people.
