I cant seem to balance my priorities very well at all. Dont get me wrong I love it, but damn does it seem like at the very worst moment a town gets overtaken by Barbarians, someone declares war on me, or worst decides to settle down in my shit. Other countries are assholes.

personally, I liked everything about Civ 4 but the combat.
say what you want about Civ 5, but giving cities a defensive ability was a huge leap forward. because in Civ 4, half your army needed to defend cities while the other half was attacking them. I can't tell you how many times I went out to do battle with an army, then they just walk past me and capture my city. I guess you can say "well you should have been paying more attention" but it's still stupid. anyway I don't know if this answers your question but I wanted to rant about the supposedly "best" Civ game for a minute. ... personally, I liked everything about Civ 4 but the combat. I dunno. With stuff like this I tend to assume it's my fault rather than the games. It is frustrating though, especially when the enemy stacks there troops to hell and back. --- All politicians are scum. Keep that in mind. They arent to be trusted. ... Copied to Clipboard!
