Not all of them aren't returning: some just landed better jobs. Many people can't return due to so-called long COVID.
And, of course, all this mass death that we did/are doing barely anything to prevent serves only to exacerbate the problem: both by creating job openings and making these garbage jobs waaaaay less desirable.
Combine that with supply chain disruptions caused in part due to capitalism's "just in time" ethos and the attitude that contingencies are just fat to cut off and give to shareholders, a near total lack of investment in key infrastructure(which will continue) for decades, the increasing intrusiveness and demanding nature of corporate culture and work, and decades of coddling the very worst managers and customers at the expense of workers...

Well, it's no wonder everything's gone to hell.

I will stand in solidarity with them. It's time to reverse the pain hit the corporations where it hurts.

In Q4 alone they make enough funds to ensure that their businesses are profitable. If the masses abstain from unneeded spending in Q4 especially Thanksgiving Christmas and New Year it does a lot to effect the wealthy classes bottom-line.

People are sick of working for slave wages. People afraid to go to the hospital because it will bury them in debt etc. Fuck Murica. People here care more about fucking guns then they do affordable healthcare. Stupid AF.
