How many?










I first played Runescape in its first summer of public release, 2001.

I didn't quite fully understand the concept of a MMORPG but I eventually comprehended it

I remember when 'Runescape 2' was in beta. I accidentally wound up in one of the beta worlds one time and it was clear a lot of things were unfinished.

Created my first account in 2005, then ragequit for a year after dying to a cow

then made another account and I still play it to this day

Like I said on another topic. I started when pvp was everywhere. Then they took it out of towns. Then they move it all to the wilderness. Then they added a pay subscription service. I stopped playing at that.

I started the day after Runecrafting was released as a skill, but I was vaguely aware of it prior to that.

Fun times. I still remember pretty vividly the massive mob of bots people that would be running from the bank to the rune shop in east Varrock.

pretty early, but i'm not sure exactly when. probably 2003 or 2004. i was definitely playing when runecrafting dropped, but i'm not sure at this point for how long. i was also aware of my brother playing it well before i started.

Back in 2001 when there was only like 12 servers

or maybe 18-20? But I know there was a bunch I never used because my ping was too high
