Its a sweetener, I think its straight up from cane. So its supposed to be high in iron or some vitamin, helps some people from what I heard.

Nothing you can do about unless you are seriously burning the candle at both ends.

I started getting gray hairs in my late twenties. By thirty five I had that salt and pepper look on the sides of my head.

There are actually a lot of girls who liked that look so enjoy I guess?

At least until the eyebrow hairs start turning gray. That shits annoying and must be tweezed out. They come in like tree trunks unlike regular gray hairs which are thinner.
