Oh, so they don't actually migrate as needed? They "manage it" because taxpayers across the country pay for the rebuilding. Same as the water situation in the southwest. They won't move, they'll just get the rest of us to pay for expensive desalination processes so they can stay there. It's their home, after all! The middle class is the group most burdened by taxes. And running up the debt costs us all, b/c then ever more of the federal budget goes to literally just paying interest on the debt instead of going to social welfare programs.
