Solar_Crimson 11/02/21 7:39:14 AM #1:	Even though I skipped Let's Go, I'm starting to appreciate that for what it was, they did put some effort into the visuals of Let's Go. Hell, it even has battle backgrounds for indoor battles, something that not even Sword/Shield or--from the looks of things--BDSP have, which is pathetic. --- I often wonder if we are growing as a people... or in fact, regressing. <cite>Solar_Crimson posted [p:959615625] in Graphics: ... Gwynevere 11/02/21 7:43:34 AM #3:	Let's Go really is surprisingly decent compared to their effort in these remakes and even Sword and Shield It was so badass seeing gen 1 get brought to the gen 3 engine, then gen 3 get brought to the gen 6 engine. ILCA is even less proficient than game freak, they've never made anything impressive, and it's obvious game freak told them "just copy Diamond and pearl piece-by-piece" and didn't trust them to take any creative risks with the pokemon aesthetic. Game freak played it safe with Let's go, now they're trying something more challenging and I'm hoping it performs better than the wild areas from sword/shield. <cite>Wetterdew posted [p:959624465] in Graphics: ... Like if you played it on the DS I really don't see what the point of getting this game is.
