Tara Strong is an excellent voice actress, but holy shit is her Harley insufferable. She sounds like a high-strung Bubbles (from PPG) with nasal congestion (and yes, I'm aware that she voices both characters). Whoever did her voice in the 90s animated series had a much less grating, more natural-sounding voice.

They replaced Aileen Sorkin who played Harley in Arkham Asylum with Tara Strong, who has been doing it ever since.

Tara Strong's Harley Quinn sounds like Timmy Turner high on helium. Just because the character's a brat doesn't mean she has to sound like a damn toddler. I've disliked it since the Arkham games.
