ive lost 12kg (26 pounds) roughly, in about 2 months. but i still feel as fat as ever

also is it true you can lose muscle by undereating if you still have fat? im very fat, and i thought that basically your body gains energy from these sources in this order: recently eaten food it is digesting currently, body fat, and then muscle once you run out of fat

Yes you can lose muscle by going in a calorie deficit. But you can reduce that by increasing your protein intake while lifting weights.

YES. If your calories and carbs are too low your fat free mass will deplete and eventually crash your merabolism. Thats why people always rebound from keto/IF/extreme calorie restriction.

Only a calorie deficit with sufficient protein and strength training will prevent this.

wait... protein comes from the foods i already overeat like milk, fish and chips, meats and chicken and stuff

so i just have to... not cut those out of my diet

This. By alot. Don't eat carbs. Ur body will run out of glucose. Cause u have 0 carbs. So ur body will eat its fat as stored energy

Thats a 2 to 3 week process

Well if you wear any belts or pants that's a way to tell when you've lost weight. When I was in my extreme stage of losing weight I'd probably go down a notch on the belt every 2-3 weeks.
