Usually I don't call anyone by their name. I just start talking to them or say "you"

One to one interactions, their names, if calling for them for instance. When with nephews etc (which is when usually met with them pre covid) often default to "great auntie.." etc. Same with calling my mum "granny" instead and my sister "mama" though.
