A federal judge has handed down the HARSHEST punishment so far to someone who attended the Jan 6 rally but WASN'T involved the Capitol Riots to Black MAGA Supporter, Troy Smocks from Dallas who admitted to posting threatening social media messages online the day after the riots from a DC Hotel room!!

His sentence is the longest to date compared to the other trailer trash as the 58 y/o appeared before Judge Tanya S. Chutkan for sentencing on one felony count of transmitting threats in interstate commerce

He wrote "I'm no Dr. King but we do share the same skin colour and the same idea of justice. I just wanted to be treated equally" after telling the judge as Chutkan, who is also black rejected requests from his attorney for a time served sentence at the low end of 8-14 months recommended by federal guidelines and dismissed his claims it was unnecessarily harsh because of the colour of his skin.

She said "i have not seen a scintilla of evidence that prosecutors decisions have been racially motivated"

He posted a message last month on Parler under "ColonelTPerez" the day after the riot which was viewed 54K times that said "prepare our weapons, and then go get'em. Let's hunt down these cowards like the traitors each of them are. This includes RINOS, Dems and Tech Execs. We now have the green light"

He went to the Jan 6 riot but was not accused of storming the building and has been in jail since Jan 15 when he plead guilty last month

One of the few black people among the 800 plus defendents charged so far he argued he was trated unfairly compared to the other rioters but expressed NO REMORES for posting those messages

Chutkan said "People died fighting for civil rights. For you to hold yourself up as somehow a soldier in that fight is very audacious"

She gave him a much harsher sentence than what fed prosecutors suggested even when he tested positive for COVID-19.

He has a 2 decade long criminal history as well and even though he called himself colonel, he has no history in the military and passed himself off as a veteran
