Haven't raised the rent. Well only for the main house when a new renter came in..Not for the existing renter in a other unit. Lord_Shadow posted... They usually have full time jobs and use this as passive income. as a renter, I've had a bad experience with one landlord when I was a student at uni last 10 years ago though. Dumbass landlord didn't lock my room for spring cleaning when I told him too, and I believe new renters went in my room and stole my camera..Fucking told the landlord and he didn't do shit. --- Less is more.
