I have a typical office desk job.

Nope, i don't use any of my own stuff except my coffee brewing kit.

Impact gun and hand tools, if other stuff is needed theyll provide theyd provide the gun and tools, but when its yours you dont have to go looking for it or wait if someone else is using it
