Naruhodo's model is the most expressive a main character in the series has been since they switched from 2D to 3D. It's absolutely amazing and I love it. What's really eye catching about it too is that presumably this overt nervousness he is currently overtaken with will dissipate as the game goes on, leading to actual character development through visual expression. Would be rather disappointed if that doesn't happen.

The music is fantastic and quite a nice change for the great, but kind of samey music we're used to from the franchise. I imagine the nature of the music will also change when we move Britishside to more reflect that, which I'm kind of sad about. This is so good. The theme that plays after an objection is what I'm looping right now and I love it.

Super excited for this game (and the sequel, I guess). Don't think I've been this impressed with the opening of an Ace Attorney game since T&T.

I'm not sure why all Naruhodo's voice clips are "Yes!", though.

Im in case 1-4 right now. I love his nervous eye twitches.

My only real fault with the game is that the dialogue goes on needlessly long in way too many cases. And Ive played every other game in the series, so I have plenty of experience with Ace Attorney games. But man, sometimes youll press a witness, and the text just never freaking ends.

The Yes! is a weird translation. In the original Japanese he says Hai! which could mean a few different things depending on context. It can translate to yes, but in this context its not really appropriate.

Just a slight warning, I'd strongly advise against looking up any songs at all until you finish both games.

There are a lot of spoilers in song names in both GAAs. I'd just generally avoid them entirely, just to be safe.

That deep breath Naruhodo does before making an accusation, holy shit these animations.

I have noticed some reused animations from the other games (I guess Dual Destinies specifically, I think this came before SoJ), but in the grand scheme, this is still mightily impressive.

I tend to have unconventional opinions on Ace Attorney (Justice for All is a great game and Turnabout Big Top is a fantastic case, and I don't particularly care about GK2), so you might be jinxing it, lol.

lol I absolutely love the nervous eyes he has, especially in the first case where it's most prominent.

Only in G1-4 atm, but it's been great so far, up there with the best of the AA games.

I don't like the 3D models. They look better in Chronicles than they do in the Trilogy, I must say.
