I did last night. They moved the start menu to the middle of the screen (I'm guessing to accomidate the newer, wider screens on the market)

Changed a few dongles on the right (installing a new program "Microsoft Teams" while they were at it)

A few icon changes within the file directories themselves (such as the my computer screen icons)

Start up processes have been revamped for starting up your OS as well as games are meant to start up a bit faster with 11 thanks to some new engineering on the processes that orient file priority.

You have to enable some security features tho to get 11 going
TPM has to be enabled and core isolation has to be enabled as well.

The stuff they redesigned looks nice but is a rushed PoS release imo. Teams was already a burning trash heap before the changes they made to it in Windows 11. Look at this shit:

Users heads will explode. They cant deal with this. They arent capable of understanding. You cant even use the included teams client with your business account, so its completely 100% useless. No personal user is going to use a product branded teams for personal use.

also, they only redesigned some surface level components, and left most of it the same as it used to be. So as soon as you start actually using your computer it looks like clown college all over again with a different UI for every window.

the new start menu sucks. Why did they remove your ability to group and organise icons?

other than that, its fine. Terrible release, but at least it functions

Don't really see the point of 11. Personally, I still think 7 is fine as it does everything i need it to

I upgraded a couple of days ago. It's fine for my uses, which are admittedly minimal as I don't use my laptop for much more than browsing.
