Once you cold approach one girl other girls know and if you make that girl feel good word gets around to other girls in my area. I met loads of girls like that. -Some kind of organized club (if they are open) -Work. I'm hesitant to recommend this, especially if they work in the same department as you, but can't deny that a lot of people meet at work. So I would recommend another department and find out if they are in a relationship first if possible, then start talking to them slowly. But don't let this get in the way of your professional career and reputation. And if you guys decide to be a thing, talk about this ahead of time to be cordial if it doesn't work out.
