I'm trying to figure out the grammar for:
I suggest you lay a table over the line.

I -> Subject
suggest -> Verb
You -> Indirect Object?
Lay a table -> Verb phrase of some kind.
Over the line -> Prepositional phrase.

you -> Direct object
lay -> Auxiliary verb
a table -> Indirect object
