Also paying opens up more granular sorting criteria like height. You really don't need it imo. The base of the app gives you 8 likes a day I believe. It makes you be a bit more selective. I used to try mass swiping, then when I heard that gets you shadow banned, I went with a more measured approach, but it's the same result. I'll get a few likes right when I make an account and then after that newbie boost nothing. And then most of those likes end up being catfish or people I'm not interested in.
