I am a male who was 5'8 175 lbs. For the past few weeks, I've gotten on a strict regimen in which I have starved myself and intentionally not eaten dinner, eaten very very small portions, etc

Right now, I've lost over 15LBS. It's very mentally draining, but my goal is to become skinny again. my natural weight is 130lbs, and when i get to my natural weight a lot of my older clothes will fit and my jawline will become more prominent.

That's not bad. I'm trying to get back down to that from 190lbs.

all youre going to do is get comfortable and put it back on. You have to lose it naturally not by starvation.

Isnt that crash dieting? And you gain those pounds back once you start eating normal. Also depriving yourself calorically is not good (below 1,200) and youre depriving your body of minerals and vitamins it needs to function in a a healthy way.

Stop that. You are actually damaging yourself.

Just find one of those weight loss calculators and track how many calories you need to lose weight. Also exercise. This preserves muscle tissue so you wont get loose skin when losing weight.

yes in 99% of people. If someone is 5'8 and really muscular and ripped, that can also be a thing. But they will still have a ponch, round muscles rather than cut muscles, etc.
