I ended up not being a fan of either, but Horizon Zero Dawn at least felt more inspired than Ghost of Tsushima, so it gets my vote.
GoT, outside of its samurai setting, feels like a super generic open-world game, where I just wanted it to be done after the appeal of the sword combat wore off. edit: nooo, I accidentally voted for GoT. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Horizon was a new IP that surprised me with the weapon types. It's an older game so it's not as polished compared to ghost but my God I can't wait for the sequel.
Ghost was a pretty game, but it absolutely didn't need to be longer then 25-30 hours or so. When it got old it got really fucking old. Plus samurai and open world games are trite at this point, ghost was very well done but it gets zero for originality. --- Switch FC: SW-3917-4425-6106 PSN: PiKappaPhi769 ... Copied to Clipboard!
