I don't visualize them very well in my head but if I can interpret them as another character from some visual media (like a game or a tv show) then they just become that character instead >_>

I can visualize them as much as the book gives me details about them, I inject the personal expressions, clothings, etc. if it's not really elaborated upon >_>

Not really. If I were to read Harry Potter, Id probably see the actors. When I was reading through Stormlight, I couldnt be bothered to keep the image of a character in my head. If I had an easy association, I might, but it feels too tedious to imagine a character in most cases.

If they don't have an existing design, I kind of just form a random image vaguely based on given details.
