I would be alright with that too if their choices were overcrowding hospitals and causing people with less-self-inflicted situations to miss out on care, and I say that as someone who has been all of those at some point in my life (and still am at least one).

as far as I'm aware none of those have ever been such a burden that other people are dying solely because hospitals literally have no room remaining

For me, they should continue to get care but any payment that is subsidized by any other group should be amended so that they don't benefit from it. In other words, if they have private insurance their rates should be higher or the insurance company shouldn't cover the costs. If they are on a public plan the same thing.

If you want to be selfish and not get a vaccine to the detriment of society than you shouldn't get a benefit from society related to the dumb decision.

Pretty much as soon as I hit "post topic" I realized there should've been a "no, but it should be 100% at their own cost rather than covered by insurance or universal healthcare" option. >_>

Nah, pretty unethical and immoral, we can get into a dangerous slippery slope even if it was somehow legal.

I don't know what we can do at this point. Masked mandate on a federal level should at least be enforced. I do support some establishments require vaccine to enter.
