Yeah, the same big ass rock Alex Honnold climbed without any rope. Its nearly 3000 ft of rock to climb.
Im 31 years old, and have only recently started to embrace truly taking care of my body. Heights dont really scare me, and this is relatively safe as long as youre experienced in climbing and take the proper safety precautions.
