But it's like they're brokering a fucking peace deal. More than ten days to prepare an employment agreement and there's two people working on it. Just for a custodian position.

Yes I did leave some information out. I have been working with a job counselor and the org will be paying my salary for an eight week placement (I only learned about the eight weeks things last week, before that it was "we have a three month probationary period") Since I'm getting info from two sides of this it's a bit confusing. The job side didn't say anything about 8 weeks, and I'm wondering if they will fire me after that I guess.

Why hire someone for 8 weeks just to fire them though? Especially when you spend at least part of the last almost two weeks writing this up. The counselor said they have to process insurance which I imagine takes time.

I don't want to get screwed over he because I'm trying to put my best foot forward... But I did stop looking for work once this chance came up.
