If all the negatives a true (broken PC build, PS5 performance hiccups, hilariously stupid AI, some ability jank, biomes not varied enough, getting stuck in terrain, etc) then it's definitely not a 10 either. If I turn off Vysnc, it locks to 60fps and feels completely fine (although I would prefer a higher frame rate). If I turn it on with a 240Hz cap, it'll go as high as around 120fps (usually 80-100fps) with everything set to max at 1080p, but it feels janky and choppy. Very strange. For now I have it set to the 60fps lock because at least it's stable. RT looks waaaaaaaay better than the non-RT though.
