Lets say that someone gets banned on a sub reddit. And that same person decides to create another account to post on the sub reddit.

Would the mods of that sub reddit have access to that banned individuals IP Address? To the point where he/she would know of any further alts that the individual creates?

Sub mods do not. Admins do.
