An Ancient Mariner is an absolute of a cocktail
 1oz Jamaican Rum 1oz Demerara Rum .25oz Allspice Dram .5oz Sugar Syrup .75oz Lime Juice .5oz Grapefruit Juice Shake and serve over crushed ice with a zested "tribal" lime and mint sprig. I love me a Vieux Carr. Need's a big pure ice ball tho.I used an ice cube via the ice esky method. I want to learn how to carve an ice sphere though. It's also has to be clear.
