There is no lack of staffing, thats just the narrative they want being used.

There is a lack of something and its called decent wages/pay. Its not a lack of people wanting to work its a lack of companies wanting to pay people more than the bare minimum they can get away with.

If you are paying people a comfortable wage that prevents people from struggling and pinching pennies to get by you will have work.
