The US did 'em all. The US Government likes to portray itself as a shining beacon of democracy, but in reality most of their regime change has been to democratically elected governments promising socialist reform like free healthcare, schools, etc. The kind of socialism you see in Europe but those people are white so you just couldn't get away with it there.
