Lonesome Road was fun, so probably that.

I love OWB for the perks, but after repeated play throughs it becomes such a drag.

Never cared for HH, but Dead Money was an awesome experience

Old world blues and it wasn't even close. I hated dead money, and honest hearts was extremely boring. Lonesome road was fine but not extraordinary in any way that I remember.

They were all really damn good. Honest Hearts was probably the weakest, but Joshua Graham carried.
Personally, I found Dead Money to be the most fun, but I know that's an extremely unpopular opinion.

Lonesome Road, and it's not even close. Despite the fact that there are only two characters to interact with, it's story and atmosphere are just so captivating that I always look forward to playing it. Not to mention it has some of the most challenging enemies in the game.

After a long gap, I would rank Honest Honest Hearts second. The quests and story aren't very interesting, but there's something very serene about the area it takes place in, especially since there's barely any direct trace that there ever was a nuclear war. And the Survivalist's journal entries are easily the most fascinating log I've read in the Fallout series.

One time, CE triggered me so hard with their objectively wrong opinions that I accidentally punched myself in the balls.

Dead Money is the best, and has aged like wine; playing through it the first time was the turning point for me personally, when NV went from 'pretty good but basically just more FO3' to 'holy hell, this game is really something.'

People typically rank Honest Hearts as the weakest; while I might agree in a more objective sense, I've never not enjoyed it. It's always felt like a welcome vacation from the Mojave. And the Survivalist's story always gets me in the feels.

Time has been fairly kind to Lonesome Road, once I got over the initial letdown of Ulysses failing to meet the genuinely-impossible expectations of having three of the best DLCs I've ever played be mere stepping stones towards your epic showdown with your mysterious nemesis. I appreciate the gauntlet-style combat challenge that feels tough but fair, unlike OWB and (to a lesser extent) HH.

Old World Blues makes a tremendous first impression, but unfortunately ages like milk on repeat playthroughs. The dialogue wears thin fast, and the constant pop-ins of bullet sponge enemies always leave me frustrated to the point where, no matter how well I plan ahead and how much ammo I bring, I always devolve into popping some chems and hacking everything with a Proton Axe until the movement stops. I honestly never thought I'd say this, but OWB is my least favorite of the 4 to play through nowadays (still great, just sadly my least favorite).

Lonesome Road.

Old World Blues was amazing on my first playthrough, but like others have said, ages terribly once you have to go through it again.

Still can't stand Dead Money and Honest Hearts was fairly forgettable minus Joshua Graham being an excellent addition.

Dead Money > Honest Hearts > Lonesome Road > Old World Blues

Dead Money was something different and interesting. It could be a pain, but it was mostly a fun challenge. Honest Hearts had an interesting story and cool guns like the Survivalist's Rifle and the 1911. Joshua Graham was a cool and interesting character. Lonesome Road was ok. I really don't care for Ulysses. He seems like a stuck up air bag who goes on long winded tirades. I don't really remember that much of the rest. Old World Blues was also ok, but I felt they went overboard on the "OMG so wacky!!!" humor and I hated the bullet sponge enemies.

Dead Money was my favorite. Granted I only probably wouldn't like it my 2nd time through, but the initial experience of it (and especially the atmosphere) was my favorite out of the 4.

You might be surprised. Most people agree that the radio speakers are the DLC's biggest hurdle / frustration (on my first playthrough even I was flipping out in rage over them by the time you get to the casino vault), and even vague remembrance of their locations on repeat playthroughs makes things go much smoother. Plus there's a good amount of variance / player choice concerning how you deal with your three cohorts and Elijah, so there's plenty of replay value there.
