I recently started using Instagram. Weird, I know. Turns out its pretty cool though.

I wake up today and shortly after tooting around on my phone for a bit I get a notification that Jennifer Garner is starting a video and I figure Ill check it out real quickly just to see what its about.

Watched a bit of a Jessica Alba stream yesterday but she was using the time to market some products she is involved with so it didnt interest me personally

This one though I immediately notice that Jennifer Garner has been CRYING. Like a lot of years. Instantly grabbed my attention and I wanted to know what was going on. My thoughts went to that scene with her from Catch Me if You Can which in hindsight has all sorts of troubling elements from different angles that I never picked up on when I was younger.

but she introduces this woman, who I gather is a spiritual social media influencer

who proceeds to just guide viewers through some breathing exercises and tips for mindfulness in the moment. She really focused on feeling like you are breathing into the area where your heart is, and appreciating that its the same heart and energy that so easily loves those that we really care about, that also makes us feel pain when we feel wronged or misunderstood by people close to us, and that is okay.

It was exhilarating. Great way to start a day. If anyone does Peloton this woman is on there apparently and very much worth checking out in my opinion if anyone is interested in this kind of experience.
