I'm a human, and dont wanna see people lose their jobs. Nothing wrong with not wanting to get a vax, only they will suffer.

And people who cant get the vax due to things like being imuno compromised will suffer as well @WhinyZach And learn how vaccines work, the more people that get it the harder it is for the virus to spread thats how we got rid of things like smallpox and no vaccine has ever been 109% effective.

They shouldnt be given unemployment benefits either.

If you're let go with severance you have to wait for your severance to "run out" before you can claim unemployment benefits, and if you were fired "with cause" I don't think you can claim them anyways (or else they're drastically reduced).

its literally a requirement for healthcare workers to get the flu shot every year (in most hospitals, at least), in fact they get access to it before its available to the general public
