It does, then I just tell myself most things arent worth caring about and wind up at the opposite extreme of caring very little at what people tend to care of (regular people, not CEpeople)

i'd seek out the only evidenced-based therapy for BPD and not seek intermittent reinforcement from forums.

idk if this is offensive or something but people with bipolar disorder really suck to deal with. I imagine there are a number of people who have it who don't act out towards others, though.

I think people use the same abbreviation for both. Which is tough since one is an actual disorder and the other is essentially being chronically a tough person to deal with.
