searching stuff online. It feels like google results and website loading takes longer for some reason. And it's not like I'm misremembering. I literally just got it and can tell right away compared to my old phone this morning

5g doesn't have much range. Maybe you're close enough for your phone to detect it, but too far to get good speeds?

If it shows "5G' and not "5GUW" where your service is then you are actually just on 4G, actual towers are extremely scarce, you're just buying the hardware in preparation for when it's widely available

Yeah, 5G for me is mostly of the NSA variety so the anchor network is really 4G. The speeds are decent and it's faster than I need any data network to be.
