I'd assume if smoking is flying down a hill on a unicycle with no breaks into a crowded area, vaping is probably flying down a hill on a unicycle with no breaks into an empty area while wearing kneepads. You're still going to fuck yourself up, but at least you're not taking someone down with you.

It can be worse than cigs depending on the juice.
Ppl dying from cigs are usually pretty old and have smoked for decades. Ppl dying from vapes range from teens to older ppl.
