Both had interesting concepts that made it feel different. Shang chi looked like a skip until I saw of the leg sets. Despite the hate, Snyder was cut a decent fresh breath of air. I was super bummed out about black widow being delayed, what, 3 or 4 times? It wasn't the best movie but it was fun. And they're going to need to do some worldbuilding again if they want to ramp up to more top level threats since a lot of actors have left the mcu. But I'm still interested in a few individual movies -- the next Spider-Man, Guardians 3, Thor 4, and Doctor Strange 2 -- mainly because of the writer/directors working on it. But man, I have a friend who is such an annoying broken-record about no longer being interested in MCU movies. Lord forbid Marvel movies are ever brought up in conversation because he goes on a long winded tangent about how he's done and he's glad that he doesn't like them anymore like he's enlightened now. But what's funny is, he's been saying this since around 2017 and has still seen all of them (except Black Widow) and actively keeps up with what's happening all while going on about how he's done with them. I haven't seen Spider-Man FFH or Black Widow.
