I like smoking cigs, but i don't wanna get addicted to a bad habit.

Is vaping a good alternative?

Vaping is more concentrated than cigs, in my opinion.

I honestly thought it was harder to quit smoking cigs. I fell back and vaped for a while but it's not the same. I found it easier to quit vaping once I already quit cigarettes.

I dunno meng, but I switched over and can breathe normally, my heart palpitations are gone, I can smell again, I can taste a lot more, and I dont get winded like that anymore (and Im someone who runs every now and then).. my teeth also arent yellowing but Ive always been pretty good as far as hygiene goes

Im sticking with it they got rid of the crap ingredients in the juices and as far as I can tell I dont have any issues vaping

I was never really addicted to the nicotine anyways, I was always addicted to puffing on something and exhaling

vaping is one of the most unhealthy things you can do to your body. out of all the patients i have seen, nothing looks as horrifying as a COPD patients trying to get air out of their lungs so they can take another breath

Whenever people ask if vaping is bad i imagine people back in the 1800s asking themselves the same question about tobacco...

its fine as long as you're not using that bootleg pot crap with vitamin E acetate used as the solvent. that was the cause of "vape lung" of whatever the media called it.

half the issue was the fact that pot is still illegal in the country and nobody wanted to admit that's what they were actually vaping. time and time again the news would zero in on a case, the sick person would hem and haw about the dangers of vaping and say they'll never buy a juul again, and then eventually they'd admit they were using bootleg vape fluid...
