Work is so awful. I'm extreemly overworked, supporting literally a dozen efforts. Some groups are so dense and needy and don't know what they one. One moron complained I'm not supporting them, while not providing me a plan, immediatly went to our senior manager (my boss's boss) to complain. I fucking had to go into a meeting and shut this bitch down so hard that I think I made them cry in the bathroom afterwards. Idiot didn't have a plan, tried to micromanage my team, and fell short.

My team is too young (we're less than 2 years), we have too much breadth, and I'm constantly compared to other leaders that have been at the company for longer than I've been alive. "Ooh, why didn't you do this, so and so did". So and so is fucking 60 years old, level 5 employee, and I'm 28 and freshly minted level 3.

Fuck man, problem is no one understands my situation, or how hard and complex it is. I don't even try to explain to most people (outside of work) because no one really cares.

If you have a job, chances are you're working harder due to the worker shortage

I was so sure last week was going to be my last at my job, not only are the newbies not putting in any effort, management themselves are barely contributing
