hyperpowder 08/12/21 7:39:06 PM #1:	I was watching the some box scores and I saw two games that was 17-0 and 17-4. I haven't really watched baseball in years since inwas really into it as a kid. But damn I remember as a kid it was shocking seeing a game with 10+ runs. MabusIncarnate 08/12/21 8:11:30 PM #7:	They are cracking down hard on pitchers using anything on the ball, used to get away with a bit of pine tar or even grooving the ball with their fingernails but they took a strict approach and as a result seemingly, the pitchers are getting hit a lot more. I'd be fine with a league where all the batters were allowed to juice and the pitchers could use whatever they wanted on the ball. It would be a lot of crazy motion in pitching and a ton of homeruns, I don't care if McGwire, Sosa, Bonds were juiced up, watching them play and destroy balls was a peak time in baseball. --- Above us lay the burdens, Below us lay the truths. If that's true, that could explain the higher scores, along with presumably more strike outs. --- The answer to the question nobody asked.
