You've been snacking all day at work and then had a late greasy lunch with the lads.

However what you don't know is your girl/boyfriend has been hard at work making you a huge roast dinner as a nice surprise.

When you get home, tired and bloated, you flop into a chair, she comes into the room looking really happy as she presents the food to you and goes "Surprise! I made you a roast dinner. Just felt like you deserved to know someone loves you."



Your stomach churns as you look at the food because you are already full. But your girlfriend is looking at you expectantly.

lolno. My everyday lunch is biscuits n chocolate. Alone, since I prefer to sleep in my spare time. Also I pretty much begin my day at lunch time and leave at 9 at the earliest, so there no excuse to not expect a meal on arrival, if that's the kinda thing she does.

Guess again. I turn down the chef's extras all the time. Snickers n McVities isn't a "might as well". It's a principal. "Empty belly kan't stand; full belly kan't bend." Shoot, I only need two meals on days I don't work.
